We typically send out order tracking numbers to your email 3 to 5 days after it has been shipped.
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. Tupplz is currently running a promotion for FREE Standard Shipping on all retail orders worldwide. FREE + Shipping and handling Promo offers are excluded. We use UPS, DHL, USPS or ePacket shipping carriers to deliver your package.
We ship your orders from
various international warehouses.
Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers including the USA, Canada, China, Malaysia and Singapore so your orders will arrive faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually.
You may receive one item before the next. So, don't panic if you don't
receive all your items at once...they are on the way.
We ship orders oversea by mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. So please kindly contact your local post when it arrives at your country.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send it to the shipping company where they will completely handle it. Depending on each shipping company's policy or customs procedure, you might be charged extra fees for the final delivery or the import tax, probably due to your shipping address being located in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee to receive your order. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you might be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes 12-21 business days for shipping to the USA and 15-30 business days for international shipping (depending on location).
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.
You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking ID number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us. Once the shipment has left the fulfillment center and has been processed by the postal system, the information will show up online under your tracking ID number.
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore, sometimes you can not find information about your package, please be paitent and check the tracking again later.
Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

To view the contents of your cart, click on the Cart icon located on the top of the website page. Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the number of quantity you want to purchase of any item in your cart by updating the quantity listed. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “Remove” link to the bottom of the quantity listing.
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart as well as the quantities that you have chosen for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move your cursor to the “Quantity” field for this item and type in the quantity desired. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will be automatically updated and reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and the cost located on the right side of your screen.
First, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to view all items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item that you would like to delete, click on the “Remove” link to the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and have the page refresh to have your changes reflected.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Only items purchased directly from Tupplz will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns. Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manual and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you and in the original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals / plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased and damaged products through customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt may be refused. Tupplz reserves the right to deny any return.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
